ABOUT
Within a few kilometers from the Italian border lies an authentic Italian restaurant in San Nazzaro, Ticino Switzerland which is located across Lake Maggiore.
Ristorante Il Molinetto offers a relaxed atmosphere, with a magnificent garden setting which is accompanied by a 100 year old olive tree which is nestled amongst cooling grape vines, for the best grappa to end your meal with. (Well that’s what we have heard). There is an outside covered lounge area too, should you choose to enjoy a cocktail & perhaps an appetiser, as you cool down after a warm summers day on the lake.
In winter we invite you to join us inside with warm fires burning, the aroma of fresh local produce which is prepared by our passionate chef, for you to enjoy. Not to mention our carefully selected wine list. The host takes great pride in providing delicious pizzas made by our professional pizzaiolo, fresh seafood platters with some local lake fish, fresh pastas along with some local traditional cuisine from the area.
